St. Bride’s Bay Cottages participates in the Wales Tourist Board grading scheme and is a Wales Tourist Board Accredited Agent. All of the properties are graded * to ***** with 5 stars denoting exceptional quality.

All properties that are awaiting WTB grading are given a St. Bride’s Bay Cottages grading which is denoted by ticks.

All the properties are fully equipped for self-catering (including an iron and ironing board) and fresh bed-linen is provided with beds made up for your arrival. With a few exceptions, which are clearly indicated, you will need to bring your personal towels and tea towels.

Please bring all bedding for cots and if you have young children please bring their waterproof under-sheets.

All properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition otherwise an excess cleaning charge may be incurred.

If you break or damage anything it must be replaced or reported to the owner/caretaker or St. Bride’s Bay Cottages before your departure and payment left otherwise you will be billed accordingly.

Your dog is welcome unless otherwise stated, but on no account must it be allowed upstairs, on beds or soft furnishings. Please do not leave your pet unattended inside or outside the property and please clear up any fouling caused by your pet.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in this brochure and on our website, St. Brides Bay Cottages can accept no liability whatsoever for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, or for any matter in any way connected with or arising out of the publication of the information. Please read the ‘Tariff’ section very carefully and remember to check all prices and facilities before making your booking. All prices are in £ sterling.

Once a booking has been confirmed by St. Bride’s Bay Cottages the hirer is responsible for the total price as agreed with us at time of booking. Cancellation insurance, underwritten by Cornhill, is available through St. Brides Bay Cottages but is paid directly by the customer to J L Morris Insurance Brokers. We STRONGLY recommend that you cover your holiday with an insurance policy, as should you have to cancel you will be held liable for the entire booking value.

If you cancel and we manage to re-let we will return all monies less £50 for administration costs.

If a hirer has a complaint, it must be made to St. Bride’s Bay Cottages during the stay, otherwise it will not be entertained.

St. Bride’s Bay Cottages act as letting agents only on behalf of the owners; however, we are local residents and therefore readily available to ensure that everything is done to make your stay enjoyable.

Telephone bookings and enquiries are welcome between 9am and 9pm on 01437 720027. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, in which case we can do the paperwork for you or by cheque with a completed booking form. It is always a good idea to phone to check availability and to place a provisional booking, which must be confirmed within 4 days.

The price is inclusive of V.A.T. at the appropriate rate, where necessary. Our V.A.T. registration number is 762 5386 11.
