The dining area has an antique pine table with 4 chairs and a settle right in the inglenook.

The kitchen has a range of distressed oak style cupboards with electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The fridge freezer is in an alcove in the rear hallway.

There is a cloakroom in the rear lobby with a WC and wash hand basin

Situated on the first floor, the large recently renovated bathroom has a white suite of bath with power shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Grey electric heated towel rail.

Outside and parking

There are two garden areas. The enclosed cottage garden at the rear is south facing and is bordered with mature shrubs and trees with views to the open countryside. There is a patio area with a wooden garden table and chairs
for al-fresco dining. To the front of the cottage is a another lawned area with a garden bench from which to enjoy the views, this is open to the country lane that leads to the coast. Ample gated parking for two cars and a boat alongside the cottage garden.
