Cottage

No 3 The Anchorage is a modern, light and airy, very well-equipped 4-star first-floor apartment located in a peaceful secluded part of Upper Solva. Overlooking St Brides Bay, with views stretching out towards Newgale and Broad Haven, this extremely comfortable apartment, sleeping 4, is in a superb position for exploring the surrounding Pembrokeshire coast and countryside.
Within a short walking distance is the picturesque village of Solva, with its pretty harbour, delightful shops and galleries, pubs and restaurants and the tiny city of St Davids is just a short drive.

The apartment has allocated parking to the front but is also on a bus route if you want to leave the car at home and has pretty, well maintained communal, lawned gardens, with seating, to the rear. There is an excellent mini market, Bayview Stores, selling local produce, off licence, groceries, papers and angling supplies (and post office) just yards away.

LOCATION.png

Magical, a gem, heaven on earth, picturesque, idyllic, unspoilt; just a few of the words visitors to Solva have used to describe this delightful village, which sits three miles east of St Davids on the south side of the St Davids Peninsula, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

With its picturesque harbour and colourfully painted cottages, Solva is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in Pembrokeshire. Upper Solva enjoys magnificent views out to sea over to St Brides Bay and is within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for spectacular walking, whilst Lower Solva enjoys the bustling quay with plenty to do, charming high street with cafes, interesting shops and galleries, pubs and restaurants and easy access to the beach.
