You'll be conveniently located in Solva's High Street, while outside you'll find a beautifully landscaped back garden looking out to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the sea beyond.

With five bedrooms, this spacious holiday home is ideal for a large group, whether you're planning a get-together for extended family or a reunion with friends.

Mount Pleasant is more than just a base for your break in stunning South West Wales, thanks to it's homely yet modern living spaces. Sip your morning coffee in the south-facing sunroom or sit with a book on the idyllic balcony, while boats sail past in the bay, and children can play safely in the enclosed lawned garden!
On chillier evenings, relax in the comfortable seating around the cosy log burner in the main living room. The younger members of your group may prefer to gather in the second sitting area, at the the other end of the room, where they can play games while still in sight of the grown-ups!

But it will be the kitchen/dining room where your group will naturally be drawn. The focal point includes a large dining table where you can chat about your plans for the day or reminisce over a glass of wine. The well equipped kitchen features floor-to-ceiling windows that take full advantage of the impressve sea views.

A newly built staircase from the ground floor takes you to a bar room with table football and fridge, from where you can serve yourself a drink while relaxing in the sunroom next door.  Mount Pleasant also features a handy cellar where you can store your surfboards and other seaside equipment.

The homliness and attention to detail continues in the property's five bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, each named after a favourite Pembrokeshire beach. Plus there's space for a cot in each one.

Mount Pleasant occupies a sought-after coastal location, within minutes of Solva Harbour, and is within easy reach of the village's many amenities, including tearooms, pubs, shops and galleries.

Magical, a gem, heaven on earth, picturesque, idyllic, unspoilt; just a few of the words visitors to Solva have used to describe this delightful village. Once a thriving port - in the 1800s you could sail from here to New York, this picturesque fishing village, which sits three miles east of St Davids on the south side of the St Davids Peninsula, is in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

With its picturesque harbour and colourfully painted cottages, Solva is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in Pembrokeshire.  Upper Solva enjoys magnificent views out to sea over to St Brides Bay and is within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for spectacular walking, whilst Lower Solva enjoys the bustling quay with plenty to do, charming high street with cafes, interesting shops and galleries, pubs and restaurants and easy access to the beach.
