The Durham is a beautiful, whitewashed family home that has recently joined our portfolio of Pembrokeshire holiday cottages. The spacious property is being fully renovated and refurbished, ready for your seaside getaway from March 2022 onwards.

Dating from the 19th century, the three-storey cottage sleeps eight, making it perfect for a get-together with your family or friends. Plus, its many appealing features include a wet room, log burner, range cooker, 'suntrap' roof terrace, and parking for two cars.

The renovation of The Durham is nearing completion, so we'll be updating our website and social media with new images of this gorgeous, self-catering holiday let.

LOCATION.png

Situated in a sought-after location in Upper Solva, The Durham overlooks pretty Solva Harbour and the breathtaking Pembrokeshire coast. The holiday home is in the quiet cul-de-sac of Penyraber, a short stroll from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, where you can enjoy invigorating walks.

One of the prettiest villages in Wales, Solva is split into Upper and Lower Solva. Here, you'll find a colourful mix of shops, galleries, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as the picturesque harbour and low-tide beach.

A holiday in Solva offers you a wealth of opportunities for walking, watersports, shopping and other seaside activities – such as crabbing at the quay. You'll also be within easy reach of other popular Pembrokeshire destinations, including St Davids and Porthgain – and award-winning beaches like Whitesands Bay and Newgale.
