4st self cateringSituated off a quiet road in Upper Solva with off road private parking, Ty Darren is a deceptively spacious ground floor apartment set within a small barn conversion complex.  Ideally positioned, it is only a short walk down the hill to Lower Solva with its shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and pretty harbour with low tide beach.   Ty Darren is beautifully decorated throughout, showcasing some lovely artwork, some of it by the owner.  The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living and kitchen and although it doesn't have its own garden there is a pretty paved bench seating area outside the front door where you can enjoy a morning coffee or just sit and relax in the sunshine.  Please note access is via a small set of steps from the car park area to the front door.
The main living area incorporates a stylish, well equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob and electric oven.  The dining table and chairs are set in the window enjoying lovely views out across St Brides Bay and the sitting area has a very comfortable sofa and armchair together with under floor heating, TV/DVD and Wifi.
The spacious master bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables whilst the second bedroom has a single bed, chest of drawers and a set of bunks.  These bunks can only be used by children under 10.  The modern bathroom has a bath and shower over bath.

Magical, a gem, heaven on earth, picturesque, idyllic, unspoilt; just a few of the words visitors to Solva have used to describe this delightful village, which sits three miles east of St Davids on the south side of the St Davids Peninsula, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
With its picturesque harbour and colourfully painted cottages, Solva is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in Pembrokeshire. Upper Solva enjoys magnificent views out to sea over to St Brides Bay and is within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for spectacular walking, whilst Lower Solva enjoys the bustling quay with plenty to do, charming high street with cafes, interesting shops and galleries, pubs and restaurants and easy access to the beach.
