Our flexible COVID-19 booking policy
If you book with us and your holiday can’t take place because of any COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, we’ll be happy to help you reschedule your trip – so you don’t miss out.
Change your dates
In collaboration with our property owners, we’ll work with you to rearrange your cottage stay for a new date. And if the price of your new holiday is different to the original cost, the difference will either be refunded or charged to you.
If you don’t yet have an alternative date, that’s no problem. We can transfer any money you’ve already paid when you’re ready to agree a new date.
Refund
We’ll explore all options to help you rearrange your coastal getaway, but if these alternative arrangements don’t fit in with your plans, you have the option to cancel and receive a refund.
Follow Government guidance
Please bear in mind that Government guidance and legislation on COVID-19 changes frequently. Before you travel, you should check the relevant legislation and guidance that applies to you, your location, your destination, and the make-up of your party.
