We’re delighted we’ll soon be welcoming our guests back to beautiful Pembrokeshire once again (it’s not been the same without you).

From Monday, our idyllic cottages will start opening to families, couples and other holidaymakers eager to escape to our stunning beaches, pretty harbour villages and scenic coast path.

And while we’re looking forward to seeing visitors return to our picturesque coastal communities, we’re aware the coronavirus is still a part of our daily lives, at least for now.

So, we want you to know we’re doing all we can to keep you and the people of South West Wales safe.

We’re Good To Go

We’re pleased to announce we’ve recently been awarded the ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and consumer mark. That means we’re following Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and have clear processes in place.

We’ve made a few changes to help protect you, our staff and communities:

  • We’ve introduced a temporary departure time of 9am and are staggering arrivals between 5pm and 7pm, to allow more time for changeovers
  • Throughout July, August and September, we’re asking you to bring your own bath towels, as well as beach towels. But we’ll still be providing bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and oven gloves for you to use during your stay
  • We’ve removed DVDs and games, where possible
  • We’re following industry-specific guidelines for cleaning and are offering PPE to our staff

During your stay, we ask you to:

  • Follow Government guidelines and social distancing measures
  • Support our community by shopping locally and using other local businesses such as takeaways, pubs and cafes

At the end of your holiday, we ask you to:

  • Open the windows at least an hour before you leave (weather permitting) to ventilate the property
  • Remove all food from the cupboards and fridge
  • Empty all bins
  • Strip the bed linen and put in the bags provided

What to do if you feel unwell:

  • If you suspect you may have COVID-19 during your stay, you must return home if it’s safe to do so or seek medical advice – and tell us immediately. You can’t self-isolate in the cottage
  • If you have acute breathing difficulties, call 999

Of course, the one predictable thing about this virus is that it’s unpredictable, so any advice given is subject to change. But when we do hear of any changes, we’ll let you know.

See you soon
