The Coach House is a characterful five-star holiday cottage where you can enjoy glorious views of the sunsets over historic St Davids Cathedral. The spacious and welcoming holiday home sits on a hill in the centre of the charming city of St Davids in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Sleeping four in two double bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room), The Coach House has been refurbished to a high standard and features an open-plan living area on the first floor. Here, you can take in the stunning views of the cathedral and the surrounding valley and countryside leading to the sea and Ramsey Island. And there’s a lovely sunroom where you can watch the world go by and make the most of your elevated position.
The cobbles and stones from the original coach house have been used to create the attractive exterior finish. Plus, the double doors on the front would have once opened to the home of the horse and cart.
The Coach House is a short stroll from the various shops, pubs, cafes and galleries in St Davids, while Caerfai Beach is also within walking distance.
The Coach House sits in an elevated position on Quickwell Hill in the centre of St Davids, offering you stunning views of the city’s cathedral.
The cottage is just a short stroll from the city’s many attractions, including beautiful 12th-century St Davids Cathedral and the medieval ruins of the Bishop’s Palace. Plus, you’ll find an array of pubs, cafes and shops on your doorstep.
You’ll also be within walking distance of the Pembrokeshire coast, where you can join the scenic coast path. And if you love beaches, Pembrokeshire is blessed with more than 50, ranging from tiny coves to large expanses of sand. Our favourites include Whitesands Bay and Caerfai Beach, both near St Davids. We also recommend exploring the pretty seaside villages of Solva and Porthgain.
The area offers a wide choice of activities and attractions to enjoy throughout your stay, whether you’re looking for watersports, boat trips, coastal walks, theme parks – or simply to relax and unwind.
