4st self cateringNestled at the end of a quiet lane in Lower Solva, but just a short stroll from Main Street, with its shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and pretty harbour with low tide beach, this coastal inspired  cottage, sleeping 4, has been lovingly renovated.  Fairholme is deceptively spacious and is a perfect holiday cottage for couples or families.
Step through the front door and the open plan sitting and dining areas fall either side.  The sitting room is cosy and comfortable with sofa, armchairs and window seat with a welcoming feature fireplace and log burning stove and the dining room has a large table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people. A door leads through to the bright and modern kitchen which is the epitomy of style, even the understair cupboard housing the washing machine has its own LED lighting!

Both comfortably furnished bedrooms have pretty cottage windows with lovely garden views.
The large enclosed private garden comes complete with its own river access (steps) and summer house that children and pets will delight in (CARE TO BE TAKEN WITH YOUNG CHILDREN NEAR WATER)   It is the perfect place to relax and listen to the running river and the birds overhead, just the spot for enjoying a glass of wine or an alfresco meal on a summer’s evening.

Magical, a gem, heaven on earth, picturesque, idyllic, unspoilt; just a few of the words visitors to Solva have used to describe this delightful village, which sits three miles east of St Davids on the south side of the St Davids Peninsula, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
With its picturesque harbour and colourfully painted cottages, Solva is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in Pembrokeshire. Upper Solva enjoys magnificent views out to sea over to St Brides Bay and is within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for spectacular walking, whilst Lower Solva enjoys the bustling quay with plenty to do, charming high street with cafes, interesting shops and galleries, pubs and restaurants and easy access to the beach.
